ETHEL’S COURAGE STATEMENT   “Courage is having the ability to replace fear with passion and living boldly towards your destination of greatness. There was a time when I didn't seem to belong to any group. African Americans told me I was too white. White people told me I was too black. When I shared with my mother, "I don't fit in," she said, "I didn't raise you to fit in. I raised you to stand out and make your own path." So I did. I forged a new path that led me to stand out in my field and be able to lift others along the way.” Ethel Davis  Website Position Principal and Portfolio Manager Paragon Capital Management, LLC.
